9 /10

Vivo X80 Pro

  • Great in the picture
  • Very pleasant overall experience
  • Very powerful and an impressive fingerprint reader

Available at €1,299 on Fnac

Admittedly, it hurts the heart to see premium phones cost more and more. Nevertheless, for those who have the luxury of unlocking a large budget, know that the Vivo X80 Pro was a real hit. However, this is a first for the Chinese brand which, in Europe, had never ventured into such high price segments. In this sector, every detail counts and fortunately, this product is almost flawless. It excels in photography – with the complicity of Zeiss –, is pleasant in the hand, offers very high performance, recharges quickly (80 W) and has a fluid interface.

Let’s also dwell on the fingerprint reader which, not content with unlocking the Vivo X80 Pro at lightning speed, only needs a second (or even less) to register a finger. This smartphone is a success and has clearly not stolen its “premium” label.

Oppo Find X5 Lite

  • Neat design
  • Beautiful screen and customizable interface at will
  • Good battery life and fast charging

Available at €449 on SFR

To contain the price of a phone a little, you have to carefully choose the right concessions to make. On theOppo Find X5 Lite, this delicate mission was crowned with success. The smartphone offers a polished design, a quality screen, a great interface and solid autonomy coupled with a fast charge of 67 W. But then, where are the concessions? You probably guessed it: it’s the photo part that is a bit behind. Be careful, the main camera and the ultra wide-angle do the job very well. However, the phone would benefit from being more versatile in this area.

On performance too, we have already seen better. Overall no problem, but not the most ideal solution for demanding 3D games.

8 /10

Realme GT Neo 3

  • Power without overheating
  • Ultra-efficient 150W charging
  • Good main photo sensor

Available at €599 on Amazon

Like all smartphones with the acronym “GT” in their name, the Realme GT Neo 3 is all about power first. On this point, it will not disappoint you in any way, since it can boost performance while avoiding excessive heating. Added to this is a 150 W charge that revitalizes the car in just 15 minutes. Everything is sprinkled with a nice interface and a significant main photo sensor.

There are a few remaining flaws here and there. Let us quote for example the screen whose calibration is perfectible and which does not benefit from Gorilla Glass protection. But maybe the Dragon Ball Z edition will make you forget these drawbacks!
