Lego celebrates its 90th birthday! To celebrate this exceptional anniversary, the Danish brand invites us to visit the Lego exhibition at the Galerie Joseph, from July 6 to September 25, 2022. brick by brick, Lego built his empire, until becoming this essential brand of construction games, appreciated by handymen from 2 to 122 years old. The Danish company celebrates its 90 years old this year, the opportunity for us to (re)discover the different universes and the infinite possibilities that offer us this world-famous licence.
Lego gives us an appointment at the joseph galleryin the third arrondissement of Paris, from July 6 to September 25, 2022to take advantage of theLego exhibition. 90 years of creativity.
This exhibit is more like a gigantic playground suitable for young and old, in which the many Lego construction sets are highlighted, from Duplo to Lego Technic via the Lego Friends universe, Harry PotterSuper Mario, Minecraft, Star Wars, MarvelBatman…
We also discover rare archival items dating back to the creation of the brand, building sets emblematic, novelties unpublished, unprecedented giant achievements in LEGO bricks created for the occasion… Thousands of bricks of all colors are assembled to immerse us in this ultra universe playful and creative. Of the animation interactive enrich this tour, and allow us to contribute to this exhibition.
We can thus take part in the creation of a collaborative work in LEGO DOTSTM, have fun racing cars and motorcycles on a Lego circuit, take part in initiation workshops Braille bricks LEGO, making challenges in 90 seconds, settling into the photo call to keep a beautiful memory of this anniversary exhibition… Young and old builders, neophytes and experienced builders are invited to have fun and discover new ways of playing with Lego.
This exhibit is a wonderful mix of art and game : one can only admire the sculptures in Lego over a meter high, representing our favorite pop culture characters. We also marvel at the cities gigantic statues reproduced in Lego, the dream of every child (and even of the most parents, who sometimes seem much more fascinated than young people by these small worlds…).
The exhibition highlights several play areas, in which we too can create and build real masterpieces. Also pay attention to the information cards on the walls: they offer you small observation games, to make your visit even more fun. The little ones can play safely with the pool Duplo, suitable for mini-creators. And if you need a break, you can also stop in the “television” area, which highlights the movies and cartoons Lego.
Through this event, Lego also wishes to highlight its story and its accomplishments. The brand has therefore chosen to highlight its ecological commitments, its actions in favor of diversity and inclusion, its technological innovations.

Lhe name “LEGO” was formed from two Danish words, “Leg Godt“, which means “play well“. Ole Kirk Christiansen, the founder of this brand, asked his employees to help him find a name for his company, promising to offer a bottle of his house wine to whoever had the best idea. Not sure that this wine was considered a real reward for its employees, since it was Ole who came up with the winning name!
